His First Smore

Phew. What a challenge.

Keeping a 2 year old away from a fire, while trying to make smores is ridiculously hard!

Despite his face in some of the pictures, he did have a good time. My camera just isn't great at night photos.

A Memorial Weekend BBQ

We decided to have a 'camp out' this weekend, in the backyard.

Unfortunately, the weather, and the bugs, had other plans.

Morgan's only rule was that we weren't putting up a tent if it was windy. Between the breeze, and the bugs, we decided to kick the tent idea, and have a BBQ instead! Dax had a blast playing around outside. We set up his tents and a ball pit, and he went crazy!

Well, that's all for now. We're heading out to build a fire, and make Dax his first smore! Hopefully I'll snap some cute pics!

 We decided to take a drive as a family up to Idaho. Can anyone guess why we were going up there???

It's Cold But...

... that isn't stopping Dax from having a good time!

Morgan was helping Tim {my FIL} move some rocks around the yard this afternoon. As soon as they brought out the hose, it turned into a party. Dax was flipping out. Even though it was a bitter 45 degrees outside, he was jumping and splashing away. Hope you all enjoy the photos!
