The Circus is Back In Town

We got some free tickets from my mother in-law for the Jordan Circus. We all decided to go together, and it turned out to be an interesting evening!

He LOVED the elephant!

We ended up letting him walk around for a bit, to get some energy out before the show!

And back to the elephant!

Right before the show started, he decided to throw a tantrum...

Grandma saved the day with a hot dog...

... and a pony ride!

They watched the show like this for a whole 2 seconds!

We ended up leaving at intermission, but only because it was way past bedtime, and these boys were tired!

A night at the Hallow's

We had a get together this weekend to celebrate a birthday in the Hallow's family. I got a few cute pics of Dax enjoying the festivities:

Winter sucks! When we want to go outside, I end up spending 30 minutes bundling up two boys and we only last 15 minutes in the freezing cold... sooooo not worth it... I decided to try to come up with some other fun ideas....

Water Painting:

Then I saw the 'I really want to do something naughty' look from Daxton...

He decided to taste his water.... and this is the reaction I get when I tell him it's yucky...

There's not much to say about this part of the afternoon...

Dax is more interested in the containers then the playdough...

Well.... There are just no words...

Ugh.... I'm tired.... Here's why:

Dax recently decided he isn't taking naps anymore. . . That just doesn't work for me. After 30 minutes of me attempting to get him to go to sleep, I decided to take him outside to get some energy out. See if you can guess which picture is my favorite?!?
