Daxton's first trip to the Zoo!

Today was 'wild Wednesday' at Hogle Zoo in salt lake, which means free entry from 9 to 4. We decided to brave the cold weather and see what Dax thought of the zoo. Turns out he loves looking at all of the animals. A lot of them weren't out in their pens due to the cold temperatures, but we still got to see a few fun animals. Hope you enjoy the photos I got!

Look out! Here I come...

All you dads out there better lock up your daughters cause this little guy is growing up quick! The next 'step' is a drivers license for our little Dax, he is already walking like a pro at just 10 months old! Check out the latest footage of this little guys' new mode of transportation...

Introduction to the Potty!

We recieved a book from my cousin that suggested you start potty training as early as six months. They said not to expect results for the first few months. We thought we were pretty fat behind, and didn't expect dax to acutally use the potty, but so far he uses it about 5 times a day! We're pretty proud of the little guy :0)

And He's Off!

We were visiting with Morgan's parents yesterday and one of them stood him up behind this bus and he just took off. We've never seen him brave enough to walk without one of us holding his hands. It's too cute!

Snow Day!

We took Dax sledding today. We aren't sure if he really liked it, but he sure didn't hate it. We sat him in the snow so he could check it out and the first thing he did was put a handful in his mouth. :0)

Dear Santa,

I wanted to write you a letter to let you know how great my christmas was! It all started with me waking up mom and dad excited to open gifts!

BUT mom and dad made me change my diaper first! I wasn't too happy about that.

I couldn't believe all of the gifts you left for me! I couldn't keep my hands off of the christmas tree!

After opening gifts with mom and dad we got ready to head over to grandma's house!

At grandma's I found even more gifts with my name on them. I couldn't believe it! Mom and dad even got a cool trailer for me to ride in behind their bikes!

Thank you santa for a great first christmas!

Love,
Daxton
