The best way to wear US out

Dax recently decided he isn't taking naps anymore. . . That just doesn't work for me. After 30 minutes of me attempting to get him to go to sleep, I decided to take him outside to get some energy out. See if you can guess which picture is my favorite?!?

We went for a walk today, and Dax ended up pulling the wagon instead of riding in it. I thought it would tire him out before nap time, but I was wrong...

The whistle was a gift from my mom and dad. He never takes it off...

It's Still Cold, But That Doesn't Stop Him!

Today was a little warmer, so I let Dax play outside. Despite the pictures, he did have a good time. Every time I'd snap a picture he'd give me his 'mean' face. . . What can you do? Toddlers will be toddlers.

He must have told me to 'stop it!' over a dozen times. Poor kid. Doesn't he know mom's are entitled to take a million pictures of their cute little boy?

The Best Gift EVER

This isn't a new gift, but we still play with it every week!

This handed down pool was too small when we finally decided to get it out. So, with the help of family, we transformed it into a ball pit!

So, we have a little confession... We've let Dax open gifts earlier then today. The first gift was from his Aunt Jackie. I used our video camera to record it, but am having trouble uploading the video. Hopefully I'll figure it out soon.
