We didn't actually buy them to eat them though... I found a recipe for peach cobbler cupcakes and have been itching to make them. I topped them with a honey cinnamon frosting to give it more of that cobbler taste so it didn't taste like just another peach cupcake. :0)
I'm a little bummed that my biggest fan is in bed and won't be able to enjoy some of these tonight. (I'm sure he'll talk me into letting him have one for breakfast)
