Daxton's Birthday Adventure

Our trip was a success! There weren't too many melt downs, and Dax seemed to really enjoy all of the rides we took him on. Here are some photo's from the journey.

Day 1:
The place we stayed at was very nice. The first day we just took it easy after the long drive, and let Dax take a dip in the pool.




Day 2: Disneyland

Dumbo was the first ride we took him on. Unfortunetly it was right around nap time, so he was a little grouchy. He seemed to enjoy it once it got going.


Next we hit the teacups, which was a big hit, as well as toon town, and story book land. In toon town we met Mickey. Dax could not believe it. He couldnt stop touching him.




These pictures of his reaction on its a small world are priceless.



We ended our day with Nemo, and the poor little guy was sure tuckered out.




Day 3: Happy Birthday!
My little boy turned 1! I can't believe it. He started out his morning with a pancake made by morgan in the shape of a one. Then a birthday cookie.


Afterwords we made our way to the beach, then back to Disneyland for a bit. (he hated the sand at first)






Day 4: California Adventure

This day was more about adult time, but we did take him on a few rides, and managed to see the Disneyland parade. Pooh and tigger took time out from their dancing to give Dax special attention as well as woody. I'm kicking myself for not having my camera.
